6-10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large can Cream of Mushroo soup
1/4-1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, diced
2 cups Ham Chunks
Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt, Pepper, Season Salt to taste
Mix it all together and bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender. Grate cheese on top just before serving so it has time to melt.
